C&E provides a full range of dwelling inspections that have been designed to objectively address the various aspects of underwriting a risk in Florida. Each report provides key information regarding construction characteristics, fire protection, pool, water and animal exposures as well as the observable condition of the dwelling. Completed inspections are submitted in an automated format that is efficient for the underwriter to analyze and process.

Commercial Lines - Residential

We have extensive experience in completing Commercial Residential inspections on condominiums, town houses, apartment buildings and complexes.

Commonly regarded as the most difficult and technically involved inspections to complete within the industry, our highly skilled inspectors have the proven ability to accurately and efficiently measure large, complex buildings for replacement cost purposes.

Additional information such as construction characteristics, liability concerns, underwriting conditions and exposures are also developed.

Automation

C&E not only provides industry leading experience and quality, we are also pleased to offer a comprehensive Information Management System. This system enables our clients to electronically order, receive, manage and analyze their inspection program.

The ordering of inspection requests can be accomplished by either utilizing the individual request form on our secured web site or using a bulk inspection client specific format (CSV, ODS, txt, etc.…). Clients ordering inspections using our individual request form will eliminate the time consuming efforts of maintaining a manual inspection order log as a list of all inspection requests will be maintained on our secured web site.

Completed inspections and photographs can be electronically returned in either PDF or JPG formats and can be downloaded directly into our clients system.

For those clients who utilize our Information Management System, comprehensive Management Inspection Analysis Reports are available. The information developed from each completed inspection is stored in our extensive database and can be retrieved through our secured web site. The Management Inspection Analysis Reports provide invaluable information and details for analyzing the policies being inspected.
